The PPHJV (Pinderfields & Pontefract Hospital Joint Venture) is the new state-of-the-art hospital currently being constructed by Balfour Beatty at the old Pinderfields site in Wakefield.
UltraSyntec‘s work is ongoing with this project and will run until 2009. The task was to prepare, then ‘tank out’ the large boiler rooms which are situated around this extensive hospital site. With the help of Flowcrete we have put together a four coat system. This starts with two coats of Flowcrete Hydroseal DPM, in two separate colours, red and yellow, which are rolled at 90 degrees to each other.
This is followed by two coats of Flowcrete‘s SF41 High Build Epoxy, which has been specially manufactured to match Balfour Beatty’s corporate blue
“We are extremely happy with the work UltraSyntec are carrying out on this project.”
