MK Consultants – Halifax West Yorkshire

Ultrasyntec Ltd., have recently refurbished the floor at MK Consultants UK Ltd., Halifax with a total floor area of 2420 Sq. Metres.

Fibre-glass and glue deposits were removed using a BEFF 200 Planer attached to an Industrial vac.

The floor at MK Consultants was then mechanically prepared using the Vacuum (minimal dust) Captive Blastracking system.

A considerable amount of ‘making good’ and infilling took place using a 10mm underlayment of cementitious high strength polymer screed. Joints were raked out and infilled with Polyurethane Joint Repair Mortar.

A coat of Low Viscosity Epoxy Primer was roller applied to the whole area followed by two coats of High Build Epoxy Floor Coating.

Will went on to become a director of UltraSyntec in 2007 and has since taken on a role managing sales. He provides customers with no-nonsense advice and flooring specifications that are fit for their functional requirements. In his spare time Will is a freemason and dedicates a huge amount of time to the fraternity for the greater good of all.
