ULTRASYNTEC COMPLETE SECOND MAJOR PROJECT FOR VTL AUTOMOTIVE GROUP

The job entailed mechanically preparing 1058 square metres of Power Floated Concrete using the Dust Free Blastracking System. We then carried out localised floor repairs.

450 Sq. Metres were then Squeegee/Roller applied with two applications of Mid-Blue High Build Epoxy Coating. A further 608 Sq. Metres were installed with two coats of Midnight Blue High Build Epoxy Coating having Dried Silica Sand Aggregate Broadcast into a first coat to provide a slip-resistant surface, suitable for Fork Lift Traffic.

Prior to commencement we provided VTL with a detailed Method Statement and Risk Assessment, including COSH details of all products used.

The work was carried out to the very exacting standards demanded by the Automotive Industry who are regularly assessed themselves by the major motor car manufacturers.
