Full Refurbishment Of Heavy Duty Flooring For Farmhouse Fare in Clitheroe

A long-standing customer of UltraSyntec Ltd, Cold Build UK Ltd, was required to do a full floor refurbishment for a client who bakes luxury puddings.

As demand grew, the converted barns were no longer a viable option for the expanding business so new premises were found in Clitheroe where the refurbishment took place.

The refurbishment work included:

• All refrigeration panels
• New chillers
• Servicing of all refrigeration units
• New drainage system
• New flooring complete with coved skirting

Due to the space being in use during the week UltraSyntec and Cold Build could only carry the work out at weekends. The project had to be well planned so as not to affect production or hygiene.

UltraSyntec were responsible for a new heavy-duty flooring across 1798 square metres and 678 linear metres of coved skirting. This was after installing 42 metres of a new stainless-steel drainage system.

All work was completed over 14 consecutive weekends.
